All returns require prior authorization by Le Mieux Representative. Please return your Le Mieux product(s) within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and invoice for a full refund. Returns after 30 days will be issued company credit. Returns will be only accepted up to 60 days after purchase. We reserve the right not to accept a return and charge 25% restocking fee for non-defective products. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
In order to return product the following criteria Must be met:
- The item returned must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date to get full refund.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all its tags and labels attached.
- The item has to be purchased at full price to qualify.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied if the return is beyond 7 days after purchase or in the exception cases listed below:
Exceptions
- Discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Products that are more than 25% used will not be accepted for return.
- We are not liable for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit.
- Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund.
- The coupon code you used for your purchase cannot be used again.
