CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE POLICY

  • All the deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
    Your deposit will be forfeited if you choose to cancel your appointment.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify me 3 days in advance.(You will need to pay another booking deposit to reschedule after this time frame.)
  • Only One Time rescheduling is allowed

LATE POLICY

  • There is a 15 minutes grace period. Please arrive on time. I will have client before and after you.
  • If you are late more than 15 minutes, you will need to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit.
  • NO shows, Last minute (less than 24 hours notice) cancellations, your deposit will be forfeited and will need to pay the full service fee upfront to reschedule with me in the future.

GUEST POLICY

  • No Guests are allowed in the procedure area (No children or pets.)
  • All guest must wait in the lobby area
  • Due to our detailed work, please respect that our services require concentration during the procedure Please stay off your phone during your session.

PAYMENT

  • Remaining fee will be due in Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App

HEALTH CHECK LIST DISCLAIMER AND DISQUALIFICATIONS

  • Under 18 years of age.
  • Pregnant or Nursing
  • Allergies to pigmentation, topical anesthetics, alcohol, and makeup.
  • Prone to keloids, post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation, very sensitive skin, irritations/rashes/acne on the procedure area.
  • Skin conditions- Psoriasis, eczema, sun burn.
  • Hemophiliac
  • Undergoing chemotherapy, radiotherapy.
  • Active skin cancer on the area.
  • Major heart problems.
  • Organ transparent.
  • Diabetic
  • Epilepsy
  • Experienced faint spell or seizure.
  • Taking blood thinning medications. Glaucoma.
  • Viral infections, diseases.
  • Hepatitis, HIV, transmittable blood condition.
  • Very oily skin/Acne (ombré only NO Microblading)
  • Taking antibiotics. (2weeks clear)
  • Taking skin medications such as Accutane, Anatasure, or Steroids
  • Healing disorders.
  • Fillers/Botox in the past 3 weeks.
  • If you are currently taking any medications, please notify me.

WHAT TO PREPARE BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

  • Lip Blush- you Must take a full prescription antibiotic such as Zovirax or Valtrex if you have ever had a cold sore
  • DO NOT consume coffee, or caffeinated drinks on the day of procedure.
  • AVOID taking Aspirin, Omega-3/fish oil, Vitamin E, and Ibuprofen(Advil) 24 hours prior to the procedure.
  • AVOID gym, workout and consume alcohol beverages 24 hours prior to procedure.
  • NO waxing, and threading on the eyebrow or lip area 3 days prior to procedure.
  • NO facials, electrolysis, and any laser treatment on the area 10 days prior to the procedure.

POST CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • No eyebrow makeup for 7-10 days. You must avoid gym(working outs), swimming, pool, sun, tanning, sauna, facials until the area is fully healed.
  • Average healing is 7-10 days, depending on the skin type and condition.

COLOR COVER UP/ CORRECTION WORK

  • If you have previous work (microblading/tattoo) done, please send me clear photos of your eyebrows (full front/side views) without makeup and filters.

DISCLAMER

  • Everyone's work(color) will result differently depending on life style, skin type, skin condition, aftercare and skincare products.

Skin Lounge Covid 19 Policies and Procedures Update

Our Studio Implementing the Following Guidelines to Maximize Airflow

The building and studio are 100% COVID 19 Compliant. Newly installed UV lighting equipment is now in every HVAC unit. UV lights are capable of killing 97% of bacteria, even bacteria resistant to antibiotics, as well as viruses and mold.

To improve air circulation, we have increased our filter replacement frequency and increased the amount of outside air to flow through our facility.

Technicians are conducting deep cleaning of all surfaces in our work areas, including disinfecting every surface from ceiling to floor, before and after every client.

All tools and supplies for PMU are for single use only and disposable. For your health and safety, we have wall-mounted hand sanitizers at every entrance. As a friendly reminder, we have signage reminding everyone about the proper social distancing guidelines in our facilities. Please make sure to follow them.

Before treatment, you must complete our digital Covid-19 questionnaire, waiver, and release forms. Please note that ALL CLIENTS will be receiving digital forms through text or email once we receive your deposit.


On Your Appointment Day

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing the following guidelines for our guests.

● Please arrive on time.
● Please wait inside your car until we text you to let you know it's safe to enter.
● Please wear a clean mask at all times. If you do not have one or forget to bring one with you, we have masks available for purchase. You may not enter our facility without a mask.
● We will be doing a temperature check before entering our studio and implementing a UV sterilization/wand.
● We will ask you to thoroughly wash and sanitize your hands before arrival.
● Please limit the number of belongings you bring with you.
● NO Guests, Pets , or Children allowed in the Studio.
● Please make arrangements for daycare and rides prior.
● If your pet is a service animal, please bring their Certificate/ID credentials along with ESA letter.
